Our story
EatListly is a love letter to late-night noodles, family curry pots, and the joyful noise of Thai street food.
Family, herbs, fire
Our kitchen is inspired by the food streets of Bangkok, where a great meal can happen beside a cart, under a lantern, with a plastic stool and a perfect bowl of noodles.
We cook with fresh herbs, house-made curry pastes, toasted spices, lime, fish sauce, coconut, and enough basil to perfume the block. Traditional recipes guide us, but we leave room for playful specials and modern twists.
EatListly is built for the community: quick lunches, family dinners, date nights, birthday tables, solo noodle stops, and takeout bags that smell too good to wait until home.
Chef profile
Chef Mali grew up around family recipes from Central Thailand and weekend market cooking. Her food is generous, aromatic, and built around balance: sweet, salty, sour, spicy, and fresh.
